As a trademarked service exclusive to our studio, Poem-crafted Cocktails® creates a “third-space” within a lounge or bar environment. While a guest waits for their order, I engage them in a brief, meaningful exchange, translating their own understanding of themselves into a hand-typed poem. Guests then bring the poem to the bartender, who creates a bespoke cocktail based solely on their poem.
The experience is highly entertaining to the guest, increases guest dwell-time, and provides a sophisticated physical artifact of their evening. By the time the glass is empty, the guest has a “newly-minted” memory to take home, one that will likely be framed long after the trip has ended.
